1. Preamble & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Sri Surya Astro Vastu Research & Training Center (SSAVRTC) (accessible via https://ssavrtc.com, referred to as the “Portal”, “Platform”, “Academy”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By accessing, browsing, enrolling in certified masterclasses, purchasing VIP memberships, or booking consultation sessions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and refrain from purchasing or accessing any SSAVRTC educational content or services.

2. Eligibility & Student Account Registration

To register for a student account or purchase certified courses, you must be at least 18 years of age or possess the legal capacity to enter into a valid contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may access the platform only under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

• Account Integrity: You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete details during registration (Name, Email Address, Contact Number).
• Single-User License: Student accounts are non-transferable and strictly meant for individual learning. Account sharing, credential pooling, or multi-user logins from disparate geographical locations is strictly prohibited and subject to instant termination without refund.
• Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your student dashboard.

3. LMS Platform License & Intellectual Property Rights

All course lectures, proprietary video modules, audio commentaries, research case studies, astrological chart templates, Maha Vastu directional overlays, course handbooks, and certification materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Sri Khandrika Venkata Subrahmanya Sharma and SSAVRTC, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and international intellectual property treaties.

4. Course Enrollment, Fees & Payment Processing

All course prices, VIP membership fees, and consultation rates are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.

• Payment Gateways: Payments are processed via RBI-authorized secure payment gateways (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, EMI). SSAVRTC does not store sensitive cardholder data or banking PINs.
• Instant Access: Upon successful transaction verification, student portal access is automatically provisioned to your registered account.
• Price Modifications: SSAVRTC reserves the right to revise curriculum fees, introduce promotional discounts, or modify membership pricing at its sole discretion without prior notice. Existing active enrollments will not be impacted by subsequent price changes.

5. VIP Memberships & Subscriptions

SSAVRTC VIP Memberships grant periodic access to specialized advanced masterclasses, community discussion forums, and research archives for the designated subscription term (e.g., Monthly, Half-Yearly, Annual).

• Subscription Validity: Access is maintained continuously throughout the paid active period.
• Non-Transferability: Memberships are tied to the verified student profile and cannot be assigned, transferred, or shared.
• Cancellation: You may cancel future renewal cycles at any time from your student dashboard or by notifying customer support prior to the billing date.

SSAVRTC upholds a sacred and respectful learning environment. All students participating in live Q&A sessions, webinars, community threads, or direct mentor communications must abide by professional decorum.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion and blacklisting without refund:

• Posting abusive, derogatory, defamatory, communal, or obscene remarks.
• Soliciting, poaching, or advertising competing commercial services to fellow students.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or inject malicious code into the LMS platform.

8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, SSAVRTC, its founder Sri Sharma Garu, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to access the LMS portal.

In any event, the total aggregate liability of SSAVRTC for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific course or service in dispute during the preceding three (3) months.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.

Any controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual conciliation within thirty (30) days. Failing conciliation, the courts situated in Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive territorial jurisdiction over all legal proceedings.
